SUGRUHA's office is located in the Old Club House (1st Floor). SUGRUHA's Office Assistant Mr Lakshminarayana is available between 10 AM to 7 PM (Lunch Break: 1 to 2 PM), except Tuesdays (Weekly Off). Please contact the office for handing over membership dues (Cheques), Obtaining Vehicle Stickers, and other general complaints. Please go thru "Read Me First" Menu to access some key documents.
If you are an apartment owner, you should complete the membership registration process with SUGRUHA. If the previous owner of the apartment was a SUGRUHA member, you have to initiate "transfer of share certificate" process. Please see the "Read Me First" Menu.
South City Maintenance Committee (SCMC) manages the day to day maintenance activities thru JLL. Maintenance calls should be logged with the JLL Help Desk - Ext. 668887 / 668888 OR using Apna Complex South City portal.
