There are several informative articles and content in this website. The content is divided into several categories, and some of the content is only for SUGRUHA members.
To access the general content, please follow the menu and click the required articles.
The content meant only for members requires you to use your Google account (Gmail account) and request access. Once granted, all the members-only content will be available for viewing. If you already have access (ie., you had obtained access during our earlier rounds of communications), then you don't need to request for access again.
There is no other login in the site; this feature has been discontinued and replaced by using the more easily accessible Google account option. The 'Classified Ads' section has also been discontinued as its usage has fallen over the years, with other social media options being available for all residents.
1. HOW TO JOIN THE GOOGLE GROUP: SOUTHCITY_RESIDENTS
All apartment owners and residents (owners, tenants) and their family members can subscribe to the group by sending an email to the following id. Please include the following in your email: your name, apartment number, landline / extension number, mobile number & stauts (ie tenant, resident owner, non-resident owner, family member of owner, etc). This is mandatory information; not providing these details will result in your request being rejected.

2. HOW TO JOIN SOUTHCITY PORTAL IN APNA COMPLEX
1. Go to www.apnacomplex.com
2. Click "Login" button on top (or directly click this link: https://www.apnacomplex.com/auth/login)
3. Click "Sign Up" (if you don't have an account with Apna complex). If you already have an account (eg, your earlier place of stay also used Apna Complex, and you had an account set up there), enter the same and login. In this case, you don't need to do step 4 & 5.
4. Once you enter the details you should get a confirmation email to validate your email address. Please complete the validation step.
5. Login using your newly created account.
6. Search for "South City" in the list of communities and register your apartment using the correct Block / Apartment.
7. You will get a confirmation email about your registration. Our community admins will review your request and approve the same after due verification. Please note that you may need to provide a copy of your sale deed as ownership proof. A scanned copy can be sent over email.
