The following article describes the process to register as a member of SUGRUHA, if you are an apartment owner in South City who is not yet a member of SUGRUHA. If you purchased an apartment whose earlier owner was already a member of SUGRUHA, then you may follow the process for membership transfer, as explained later in this document.

Please give photocopies of documents mentioned in #1 & #2 below, complete the SPA as per #3 and give a cheque of value as mentioned in #4.

1)     Photocopy of Sale Deed (make sure that following are clearly readable in the copy you send)

a)     Name of the owner (and joint owner)

b)     Name of father of the owner (and of joint owner) 

c)     Registration number with date

d)     Apartment no. (with Block no.)

e)     Apartment size (in sq. ft.)

f)      Proportionate undivided share of land

g)     Value of the apartment

2)     Photocopy of Parking lot Agreement(s)

a)     Parking lot(s) assigned with dimension of parking lot(s) 

3)     Special Power of Attorney (SPA)

Please see overleaf for the complete text of SPA; this SPA can be used only once within the stipulated time only for signing in front of the Registrar for membership of SUGRUHA on your behalf  (for resident owners SUGRUHA will prepare the SPA and will come back to RO for signature)

4)     Cheque for Rs.6,500/- by the  B to D block apartment owners towards the following: 

a)     Entrance Fee  ....................... ...........................    Rs.  100/-

b)     Share Amount  ................... ............................    Rs.1,000/-

c)     Registration expenses  .....................................    Rs.1,400/-

d)     Subscription: FYs 2011-12 thru 2014-15 ..........   Rs.4,000/-

d)     Subscription : FYs 2012-13 thru 2014-15 ............... .......... .........   Rs.3,000/- 

The payment can be made by cheque favouring SUGRUHA, or you can remit the amount on-line to SUGRUHA’s Savings Bank account 2753101009715 (favouring SUGRUHA) with Canara Bank, Arakere Gate Branch, (IFS code CNRB0002753) Bangalore 560076, under advice to us.

 How to get membership of SUGRUHA transferred?

1)     Photocopy of Sale Deed
