MAINTENANCE CHARGES FOR JULY, 2014  TO  SEPTEMBER, 2014

(Please do refer to details in our circular No. SCMC / F&A/ 2014-15/ MICE dated: March 25, 2014)

COLLECTION STARTS ON: Wednesday, 2nd July, 2014  

AT: SCMC ACCOUNTS OFFICE, 1ST FLOOR, CLUB HOUSE.

Timings for Payment by Cheque:

10.30 AM to 12.30 PM  &  2.30 PM to 4.30 PM
Weekly Holiday: Tuesdays.

Monthly rate for July, 2014 to September,2014:

Rs.2.40/- sft Per month plus Service Tax at 12.36% on the full amount of maintenance charges in respect of apartments whose monthly maintenance charges exceed Rs. 5,000/- per month.

Maintenance Charges for July, 2014 are payable in advance on or before the 10th of July 2014 without late payment charges. Penal interest will be levied on due date + 1 @ 1% per month or part thereof, on the total amount outstanding as on the due date subject to a minimum of Rs.100/.

Amount payable:

ALL OUTSTANDING AS ON 30th June 2014 PLUS July 2014 Maintenance Charges.

If the maintenance charges for all the three months from July to September, 2014, along with past arrears, if any, are paid in advance on or before 10th July 2014 in full, a rebate of 1% (One percent) rounded  to nearest rupee on the maintenance amount for July to September, 2014 only will be allowed.

Account Statements Updated:

Your statement of account in the ApnaComplex portal has been updated up to 23rd June 2014.
