The Apartment format should strictly be as shown and not in any other manner as otherwise remitter’s identity may not be easily traceable by SCMC. To Stress, Apartment 0001 in B10, should be written ONLY as 0001B10 and not, repeat NOT, as B10-0001, etc.
Amount payable in Rs = Built up Area in Sq ft as per sale deed × 9.
Any mistake in mentioning our Bank Account number will result in non credit to our account and CREDIT TO SOME BODY ELSE’s Account.
