1. This is a classified advertisement listing service primarily meant for South City (Off: Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore - 560076) Residents. Anyone wants to sell to or buy from the residents can post advertisements.

2. Commercial and non-commercial postings are welcome.

3. Any illegal use, offensive content, language will be dealt with sternly. Such ads will be removed and user will be black-listed from posting any future ads.

4. Do NOT post duplicate/repeated ads. Repeated violation can lead to disabling your account / future ad posting.

5. Ads will have a life time of one month typically. You are welcome to repost after the expiry of the ad if you still wish to sell/buy.

6. This service is a private initiative. It is provided free of cost for the time being. 

7. USERS who post ads are solely responsible for the content and claims they make regarding the product or service they advertise. This website does not vouch for the authenticity or quality of the product or service provided. BUYERS and SELLERS are requested to use their due diligence while transacting.
